Full Replacement 

As part of our comprehensive full replacement service, we first remove all of the old fascias, soffits and guttering. Then, we slide the first row of roof tiles back and remove any corroded felt and debris, which build up throughout the years and prevent effective ventilation through the roof space. Following this, we fit a plastic felt tray that directs rain away from the tiles and into the gutter.

When this first stage is complete, we install EPS roofing insulation, which resists moisture and provides consistent thermal performance. We also introduce a vermin guard that is designed to stop birds nesting in the roof, before replacing all box ends and placing the roof tiles back into the correct position. 

We then move to the roofline, installing our 18mm fascia and soffit boards before re-cementing any loose mortar. Finally, we attach the new guttering and downpipes at an optimum angle to allow rainwater to disperse efficiently. 

Virtual Replacement 

Our virtual replacement service sees us removing your old guttering and replacing any rotten wood we find. Then, we install both our EPS and vermin guard systems before capping over the wood with our 9mm fascia and soffit boards. The work is finished with the addition of guttering and downpipes, leaving your home protected, insulated and looking good! 

Fascia And Soffit Capping 

Our third roofline service is fascia and soffit capping. To achieve this, we remove your old guttering from the fascia board and cover the existing fascia and soffits with our 9m capping boards. We then attach brand new guttering and downpipes to finish the work and leave your home looking as good as new once again!
